Need help with the U-Stop app or your rewards account? You’re in the right place. Here are answers to common questions to help you get the most out of your points.
Download on the App Store & Google Play
- Download the U-Stop app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Follow the registration instructions on your phone. It will ask you for your name, address, email and phone number. Don’t forget your Birthday so you can receive a birthday treat.
- You phone number will then be your rewards sign in when at U-Stop
U-Stop Rewards and KickBack are two separate programs. KickBack points will not transfer. We recommend redeeming any remaining KickBack points by June 20, 2025.
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent, both in-store and at the pump. Some items are excluded - Lottery and gift cards
