What is a Scorecard?
A Scorecard is offered by U-Stop as a “thank you” to our customers for fuel and merchandise purchases. Each time you use your Scorecard you are eligible for numerous rewards and discounts. Everyday rewards include:
  • 2 cent off fuel
  • 1% Cash Back – Instant reward of .50 cent after $50 Spent
  • Fountain Club, Coffee Club, Milk Club, Carwash Club, Roller Grill Club - $1 reward after $10 spent
  • Carwash Club - $5 reward after $50 spent.
  • Special feature promotions
  • Monthly sweepstakes & contests

How can I sign up?
Applications are available at any U-Stop location. Complete the short application with your name and address, submit the application to your U-STOP cashier. The cashier will then issue a wallet Scorecard and two key ring tags, (known as fobs) which can be used immediately.

Additionally…
You will receive a coupon fob, redeemable for a FREE 32 oz fountain soda or 16 oz coffee. The coupon can be used immediately or kept for a future purchase.

When do I use my Scorecard?
You should use your Scorecard with every purchase you make inside U-Stop. Your U-STOP cashier will scan your card or fob, before you are given your “total due” amount. If you are eligible for a discount or reward at this time, it will automatically be applied to your total purchase price.

How do I know if I received a reward or discount?
The register will play an audio file with an applause sound. Your clerk will then print a receipt for your purchase which will list your reward/discount on a separate line.

What is the difference between a discount and a reward?
Discounts are applied at the time of the purchase for fuel and monthly-featured promotions. Rewards are applied automatically to your purchase total once you have accrued enough purchases to receive it.
Examples: Spent $50, received .50 cents off next purchase; Purchased $10 worth of coffee, received $1 off next coffee purchase.

Are Cigarettes and Tobacco product purchases eligible for point’s accrual?
YES, customers typically receive a .50-cent reward with every 2nd carton purchase.

What products are not eligible for point’s accrual?
Currently the only items not eligible for point's are Lottery Tickets and Gift Certificates.

What to do I do if I forgot my card?
Unfortunately, you must present your card at the time of the purchase to receive discounts or to collect points for a future reward.

What to do if I lose my Scorecard or it has been damaged?
Complete a new application at any U-stop location. Check the “Change of Status” box at the bottom of the application. A Store employee must write your old card # on the new application and apply a decal stating your new card number. Once we receive your new card number at our corporate office, all of your information will be transferred to the new card number. You will not lose any points that you have accrued. If you do not know your old card number a name search will be done in efforts to transfer your personal information, transaction history and points/credits earned.

What to do if I need to change my personal information - name or address?
Complete a new application at any U-Stop location. Check the “Change of Status” box at the bottom of the application. Make sure you write your 13-digit card number on the application. Example of 13-digit card number: 8000005555555.
